Counterparty VASP

A counterparty VASP is the other party involved in a virtual asset transfer when you are interacting with a virtual asset service provider (VASP). 

It's important to note that the term "counterparty" is used in the context of a transaction to refer to the other participant or entity with whom you are engaging in the transaction.
