Extended Counterparty VASP management
VASPs can now block their counterparties based on their due diligence processes. Counterparty VASPs can now have one of the 3 following due diligence statuses:
- New (Untrusted)
- Trusted
- Blocked
This enables a distinction between new untrusted VASPs and VASPs that have specifically been blocked.
When a counterparty VASP has been auto-discovered and is New (Untrusted), transactions will be received from it, pending due diligence. Only when the due diligence status is marked as Trusted, the transactions with that counterparty VASP become actionable.
Alternatively, when a counterparty VASP is marked as Blocked, no future transactions will be received from it.

The 21 Compliance Dashboard now shows a notification for new counterparty VASPs waiting to be vetted.

Out-of-the-box integration with additional 3 risk score providers
A major update is the out-of-the-box support of 3 additional providers:
- Crystal
- Global Ledger
- Merkle Science
This means these blockchain wallet risk score providers are integrated out-of-the-box in 21 Travel Rule, enabling their VASP customers to easily access risk score information when reviewing Travel Rule data.
The API continues to allow VASPs to integrate any risk score providers of their choice.
