21 Analytics' Travel Rule Solution Adds Native Support for Crystal's On-chain Intelligence

25 Sept, 2025

21 Analytics, the institutional-grade Travel Rule provider, just announced native support for Crystal's wallet risk score, strengthening the partnership with the investigation and blockchain intelligence firm. The new feature empowers financial institutions with real-time key information for decision-making.

21 Travel Rule now provides Crystal's risk levels on blockchain addresses in its Compliance Dashboard. The integration enables the visualisation of risk score data in Travel Rule transactions involving counterparty Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and self-hosted wallets. Compliance teams that rely on Crystal and 21 Analytics now have the relevant information when and where they need it.

When VASPs face transfers from self-hosted wallets, for example, they can:

  • Automatically identify the address as self-hosted

  • Request wallet ownership verification via AOPP

  • Check Crystal's risk score for the address

  • Use this information to trigger automated actions

  • Decide whether to allow or deny the transaction

The update is available for more than 2800 digital assets. All VASPs leveraging 21 Travel Rule for security-first Travel Rule compliance can benefit from it, storing the information on-premises. Risky transfers can also be flagged via the API for automated risk management.

“At Crystal Intelligence, we believe effective compliance relies on delivering actionable intelligence right where it’s needed. This integration with 21 Analytics brings our risk scoring directly into the decision-making workflow, enabling compliance teams to act quickly and confidently. We’re proud to deepen this partnership in support of safer, more efficient digital asset transactions,” said  Marina Khaustova, COO at Crystal Intelligence.

"This integration underlines our commitment to support VASPs’ compliance with secure technology and a great user experience. We are proud to take a further step in our collaboration with Crystal", said Lucas Betschart, COO at 21 Analytics.
